Does Helpers Connect employ or place caregivers and companions?
No. Helpers Connect is a marketplace, not the employer or a placement agency. The household and helper interview one another and decide whether to work together.
What should I confirm before hiring?
Discuss the actual duties, schedule, location, pay, start date and working arrangement. Check references or other information with permission and record the agreed terms in writing.
What happens if a helper does not accept my request?
If the helper declines or does not reply within 72 hours, the reserved Profile Unlock returns to your Helpers Connect balance.
